
Michelle HsiungCenter Director
Ms. Michelle Hsiung obtained her Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) Primary Certificate from the Montessori Institute of San Diego in 2007 and has been teaching and practicing Montessori education since. When starting a brand new school, Ms. Michelle had a simple mission in mind, she wanted a school where she would feel confident sending her own child. In the fall of October 2012, she opened Children's World Bilingual Montessori School. With the support and dedication from the team of teachers, Children's World Bilingual Montessori School became certified and recognized as one of AMI Montessori School in 2015. Ms. Michelle is pursuing her Master of Education degree with a Montessori Concentration currently. Ms. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with Mechanical Engineering from Technology and Science Institute of Northern Taiwan.

GloriaTeachers’ Aid
Gloria joined our family since 2013. Being a mom of three grown children and many grandchildren, she is naturally like a house mom and house grandmother to our community. Gloria’s role is essential to us, she supports her teammates in all the necessary ways, and also helps the children prepare meals, snacks, and set up nap room, etc. People often ask Gloria’s secrets of staying young. She humbly said yes, it is true that staying healthy and active is are important from aging. Her secrets for looking and feeling young is to “work”, but not all type of work, it’s a type of work that makes one feels purposeful and also brings a laughter and sense of joy to her. For Gloria, she has found that working with her teammates and the children in CWBM is her youth source. Gloria also has a magical green thumb. She brings colors into different seasons..

Pratima JoshiPrimary Team
Pratima Joshi has joined our family since 2013. She had served as a preschool teacher prior to joining the Primary Team at CWBM. Pratima completed her Early Childhood Education Credits and also earned her Assistant Teacher's Certification from the Association Montessori Internationale. Pratima brings a calm, compassionate and gentle presence to the environment. She is also committed to partner with parents and provide a nurturing family atmosphere to children. Only through a loving environment that children can feel secure and are able to expand their creativity and express themselves freely.

Karen PerezToddler Team
Karen Perez is passionate about working with children. Karen has joined the toddler team in 2017 but her connection with CWBM goes back to 2012. Karen holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Wayland Baptist University in Lubbock, Texas and she holds a diploma for 3-6 years from AMI Montessori Teaching Diplomas for the 3-6yr levels. Karen feels that working with children has been part of the greatest blessings in her life and she believes that helping support children and their families are some of the most important work our society can do. In her spare time, Karen serves in homeless ministry and children’s ministry at her church.

Robin ChuangPrimary Team
Robin Chuang has joined the team since 2013. Robin obtained her master's degree in TESOL at San Jose States University and completed the Primary Montessori training at the Montessori Teacher Education Training Center San Francisco Bay Area. Over the years, Robin has deepened her understanding of Montessori principles through teacher training, teaching in Montessori school, and most of all parenting. She saw from her daughter who has benefited tremendously from the Montessori experience. Not only proudly seeing her daughther who is currently going to a Ivy league school with a full scholarship, but also seeing her child grown into a dependable, warm- hearted and courageous young adult. Robin serves as a co-lead teacher in the primary classroom and also an assistant director in the school.

Angela ChuAssistant Teacher
Ms. Angela has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from McGill University, Canada, and a master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She is originally from Taiwan and is fluent in both English and Mandarin. Ms. Angelthe has the first-hand experience of being a parent at CWBM since 2013. Her son enjoyed his three years at CWBM, and her daughter is currently enrolled. Ms. Angela's love of children and her experience as a parent was what inspired her to begin her journey of taking her Montessori training. Ms. Angela loves to empower children to do things for themselves and help them discover the freedom and excitement of learning new things.

Cindy ChenAssistant Teacher
Miss Cindy obtained a bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development from San Jose State University. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin. Before joining our family, Miss Cindy taught as a student-teacher at Head Start Preschool Program and SJSU Preschool Lab. Miss Cindy is passionate about teaching. She loves to inspire in children a love of learning and to spark their interest in learning a second language. “Teach me to do it myself” is her favorite quote from Dr. Maria Montessori. She believes children achieve high self-esteem with the ability to do for oneself from an early age.

Pam JantadetAssistant Teacher
Ms. Pam Jantadet is a passionate educator. She received a Bachelor's degree in Education from Nakhonpathom Rajabhat University in Thailand. She taught Middle – High school students for one year before finding that she loves teaching young children. Ms. Pam is currently working on her Montessori Teaching Credential from Montessori Teacher Education Center San Francisco Bay Area. In her free time, Ms. Pam enjoys oil color painting, graphic designing, and hiking with her husband. Pam is a part of the Primary team in CWBM. She is very excited and ready to guide her students.
